Why This Room Had To Exist
Most rooms aren't built for founders running real businesses. The free groups go too surface-level. The networking mixers prioritize collecting cards over moving the needle. And the high-ticket masterminds that DO exist often optimize for one type of leader, usually the loudest one in the room.
Jessica and Sharon built the BOC because they kept watching capable founders carry too much, alone making seven-figure decisions without seven-figure perspective. Burning out instead of leveraging. Growing slower than they should because the environment around them couldn't meet them where they were.
