What's the refund policy if I can't attend?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from your registration date. If you need to cancel within 14 days of the event, you'll receive a 50% refund or can transfer your registration to a future event. Emergency cancellations (illness, family emergency) within 7 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis with documentation.
What is the VIP Lunch Experience and who is the guest speaker?
